We hope you will join Cambridge Volcanology Group for our first post-revival event! We will be hosting Lightning Talks on Monday 29th April at 1pm. We hope this will be an opportunity for the group to reconnect (and meet new members!) at the start of Easter Semester by discussing all the exciting research happening in volcanology across the university.
CALL FOR SPEAKERS: CVG Lightning Talks
Lightning talks are a great way to share your current work, pitch new ideas, practice for a conference, or just start a discussion about something you’re interested in, all in a fun and relaxed environment. They can be as informal or formal as you would like, and students, post-docs, and professors are all welcome to present!
Lightning talks should be up to five minutes long – this is a low pressure environment, so feel free to think creatively!
The deadline to sign-up is 5pm Friday 19th April.
